Communication: Our company promises to respond to client in timely fashion. There shall be no delay of 2 or more days or weeks of no communication while investigations pending.
Service: Our office guarantee's to immediately schedule searches, surveillance the minute the request has come in. Our office will not delay the process of any investigations request by client more than 1 business day. Surveillance is scheduled by our staff and select professional, experienced, licensed investigators to conduct the surveillance. Client is not responsible for the neglect of the investigator in obtaining proper evidence due to faulty equipment. Therefore, if the investigators system is not working, CLIENT SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TIME PLACED BY THE INVESTIGATOR DURING THAT SURVEILLANCE DAY or TIME.
Searches are placed in our office in a timely fashion. If the search that is placed brings up a NO HIT. There shall be no fee's for the NO HIT! This is our guarantee commitment for excellent service!
Confidentiality: All conversations discussed with investigators are strictly confidential in nature. Our office does not discuss your case with anyone. Our office only will divulge such information by way of court order before a judge if necessary.
Copies: All documents pertaining to cases are kept in our archive secured vaults! We keep back up of all records or surveillance taken of your investigation. If you need a copy all you need to do is contact our office by way of email, mail correspondence or phone. We charge for making copies of records and for shipping.
Cutting Costs: Our office will try to obtain the information requested by client in a timely fashion. We will try to do this as quick and cost effective as possible. We try to obtain quick and fast results without jeopardizing the investigation, evidence or case.
Report Delivery: Our office will make sure that the client has their full report after the investigation is complete within 4 days after the investigation is terminated.
